Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within this period. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Personalized or engraved items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
- You will need a proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Please email us at info@nearlyfour.com to initiate your return. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA). Please include this RA number with your return package.
- Package the Item: Pack the item securely, ensuring that it is in its original condition. Please include all original packaging, tags, and any accessories that came with the product.
- Shipping the Item: Return the item to the address provided in the return authorization email. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return to ensure the product arrives safely.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was defective or damaged.
- If the returned item is in used or damaged condition, we reserve the right to issue only a partial refund or refuse the return altogether.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item as per our return process, and place a new order through our website. Unfortunately, we cannot process direct exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift Cards
- Personalized/engraved items, unless defective or damaged
